Our Mission
Our mission is to wipe out poverty
and illiteracy in and institute modern leadership techniques in Akah
through transfer of technology (knowledge).
We will employ such tools as
investments in real estate and/or in other areas to wipe out poverty
and illiteracy in, and to modernize the communities of Akah (the
original 10 villages of Umuakah). The only means to outpace poverty is
through education and investment. As originally Umuakah people in the
Diaspora, many of us lawyers, investment professionals, professors and
college instructors, business and social experts, we have decided to
use the knowledge we have acquired in our long and permanent stay in
our adopted home to tackle down such menaces as poverty, ineffective
leadership, and illiteracy in our motherland of Umuakah, in Imo State
Nigeria.
